Below you can find information about Peregrine Post, the Online Store, and my Tattooing Process.

𖦹 General Inquiry 𖦹

Collaborations/Publications

I am open to very select collaborations. Tools and art supplies could be really cool (especially paper, I love paper so if you make paper/sell paper feel free to reach out!).

I'm open to publications, whether you're an indie zine or an art magazine, feel free to reach out!

Commissions & Original work

I am currently not available for hire for any marketing/branding/commission work. If you would like to work on a collaborative art piece, I could be open to this depending on my schedule.

I am not available for original artwork commissions, but thank you for your interest!

Why I've put no DMs

I'm sorry for doing this! I'm a simple, anxious creature and I can't keep up with the volume of DMs (unless you're someone I know in real life, or have been a longtime mutual). I have strong message/email burnout, and I get stressed about not responding/having the time to respond and this makes me delay other things like posting! I love you all and really appreciate your kind words and messages! If you have a non-work message you'd like to send me, you can reach me through email and I'll try my best to get back to you!

AI Policy

I do not use AI, I never have used AI, and I never will use AI. Please do not reach out to me with AI collaborations or questions.

Where is my order?

All Peregrine Post monthly mail is shipped out in the last week of each month. Shipping times, can be up to 3 weeks, depending on where you live (especially international orders), so it might be a bit before it makes it to you!

If a few weeks have passed and you still haven't gotten it, here's a few reasons why it might not have made it!

✶ Your address might have an error, in which case it may be being returned to me (see returns below). I will reach out to you when I recieve your orders back.

✶ International orders often have slower mailing times. If       you are one of our overseas friends, be preparred that your shipments might take a bit to get to you!

✶ You might have signed up after the cut-off date for the month, which is the 15th of every month. Any subscriptions placed after midnight (PST) on the 15th of the month are put towards the next months mail (see billing cycles below).

If you are ordering from the US, I will be able to partially track your order until it clears through customs and is handed off to the USPS! This means I can often tell you if your shipments can't be delivered for whatever reason. Once your mail is with the USPS, I can no longer track it (see returns below).

Rarely, all your information is correct, and the postal services still send the mail back to me. Once, the USPS said a recipient was dead! They were in fact not dead!

Address Changes

Please email me at post.peregrine@gmail.com to notify me for any address changes! I ship mail using a mailing spreadsheet, and I don't get a notification if you change your address through the website.

What happens to returns?

This is dependent on whether you are based in the USA, or Canada/Worldwide. We ship our American post through Chit Chats, and ship our Canadian/Worldwide mail through Canada Post.

Chit Chats  couriers our mail through customs and delivers the mail to the USPS. When US mail gets returned, the USPS sends it back to Chit Chats, and we pay the return fee to have it delivered back to us. The usual turn around time ends up being 1 - 2 months.

Canada/Worldwide orders are shipped back through normal postal services. This can take between 1 - 4 months (I just got an October Peregrine Post returned to me and its February now!).

Once we recieve the returned mail, we will send you an email to let you know. It is then repackaged and shiped back to you!

Billing cycles

You are billed on the same day each month from when you signed up. If you sign up on the 8th of the month, you will be billed every 8th of the month going forwards.

If you sign up after the 15th of the month, your payment goes towards the next month's mail. If you cancel your subscription, your last payment (whichever month that was towards), will be the final month of mail you will recieve. However many payments you have made will be the number of shipments you get, no matter when you sign up or unsubscribe!

Cancelling your Subscription

To cancel your subscription you can reach out to me at post.peregrine@gmail.com and I will cancel your subscription for you! It has to be done this way so I can update my spreadsheets.

When you email to cancel your subscription, please put Cancel Subscription, (or something similar) in the subject line and I will respond as soon as I can! You can disregard the automated reply, I understand the time sensitive nature of this request and will respond as soon as I can.

Flash is priced by piece, you can find this info in my story highlights on Instagram.

My customs are currently closed.

As of September 2024 I will be charging GST.

The flash price is for the listed minimum size. If you would like to make a modification to
the flash piece, any additions come at extra cost. Feel free to email me to discuss a quote! I am also open to tattooing some of my work that I haven't turned into flash yet. The only thing I'm avoiding right now is large areas of black, as it becomes hard on my wrist!

My deposit is $50 for small/medium flash $100 for larger flash.

The deposit gets taken out of the final cost for your tattoo.

A deposit is required to book your appointment with me!

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit is void and you'll need a new one to book another appointment. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before, in this case your deposit will transfer to your new date.

All deposits are non refundable. I understand that shit happens sometimes so if there's a legitimate emergency or illness let me know and we can work something out :)

If you arrive more than 30 mins late to your appointment your deposit is forfeit.

Currently my custom books are closed. For custom requests, I am most interested in plants, birds, medieval marginalia, art history and religious themes. I am open to

script requests but I'm very picky (most likely to say yes to handwritten lettering and metal fonts).

When submitting custom requests please email me reference photos (Sometimes clients send me Pintrest mood boards and

I love that so feel free!)

I am totally ok with tattooing over scars! They need to be healed before I can tattoo over them, if you have any questions you can send me an email.

I very, very rarely take coverups, as my work is on the lighter side and my shading is made up of lines. If you want a coverup the existing tattoo must be small and light, if you have any questions please send me an email! I happy do blastover tattoos :)

Before the appointment make sure you eat a good meal and drink lots of water! There are bathroom facilities in my building. If you require wheelchair accessibility please let me know during the booking process.

Please try to show up at the time of your appointment. I would appreciate if you did not show up early (as I am likely finishing up

with a client, setting up or trying to quickly eat something or use the bathroom). I understand that some people like a bit of time before the appointment to get acclimatized, if this is you please let me know in your submission !

I usually factor in extra time at the beginning of the appointment to fill out the consent form and review the design.

If you'd like 5-10 mins before this to sit in the studio and mentally prepare let me know before your appointment.

Please bring water and a snack to your appointment! Please read the pre/aftercare sheet that is included in your booking email before coming to the appointment.

If you become sunburned before your appointment please let me know as we will have to reschedule, I am unable to tattoo over sunburned skin. I am also unable to tattoo over moles and acne.

I've had some clients request this information in the past, so I thought I'd share my tattoo precautions!

I have my blood borne pathogens certification, which I renew every spring.

I start by washing my hands, and gloving up. Then I sanitize my tattoo table, trolley, tattoo machine, squeeze bottles, scissors and my arm rest with Cavicide. I let the Cavicide dry, then I wrap my trolley with cling film and a dental bib, and wrap my bottles in bags. My machine gets wrapped in a bag, barrier film and grip tape. I wrap my arm rest with a dental bib, and wrap my table in a drape sheet. I wash my hands and replace my gloves before setting up, sanitizing the area and placing the stencil, after tattoo breaks, while wrapping the tattoo and taking down my station.  Single use items such as needles and razors are disposed of in a sharps container during station teardown.

My supplies are stored in sealed bins that I sanitize regularly with Cavicide.

Throughout the tattoo process I use isopropyl alcohol wipes, green soap and hustle butter ointment.
