This template comes  with both a digital print file of the original design, and a blank version so you can fill in your own art/designs/messages. Pictured here is the tester print I made, I'm really happy with how it turned out! 
 
This template is for personal use only, and is not to be used commercially. That being said, feel free to use this template in classrooms if you are a teacher, or if you have a therapy/counselling practice. I would love to see all the art you guys make, feel free to tag me in your posts! Do not use my templates in AI training. 
 
Bundled in this document are different formats of the template. Some include the fold lines, with others being blank inside. This is done so you can use the template to suit your project! I would suggest beginning by printing out a test draft on printer paper to get a feel for the model and how it folds. You can use this template to print directly onto fun paper, I'm excited to see what you guys create! 
 
I think this template would make a great card (especially with Valentine's day right around the corner, and Mother's/Father's day later in the year)
